MEET OUR CEO
Nimo Teunis was born and raised in one of the biggest slums in Kenya. She moved to The Netherlands almost 10 years ago in order to start a new life with her Dutch partner. Together they have built a comfortable life for their two young boys.
Excellent Recruitment Agency is a dream come true for Nimo. Since childhood, she has been dreaming of helping people get jobs so that they can better their lives and that of their dependants. As a child born and raised in the slums of Kenya, she knows first hand how it feels to lack, to go to bed hungry. Her memories of her devastated father’s face whenever he came back home empty handed is still fresh in her mind.
“No child should lack basic needs. It is my duty to try and change people’s lives one job at a time. No matter who they are, no matter their background. For me it is not about how much money I could make after a placement! For me it’s about the feeling I get when I hear that my candidate will start their new job on Monday morning. Putting a smile on somebody’s face warms my heart”.
Nimo loves to travel, dancing and meeting new people. But her most fun thing to do right now is to bake banana bread on Saturdays together with her sons. On Sundays she likes to cuddle in front of the TV and watch a cartoon movie with her kids. As someone who never experienced a mothers love, she makes sure to give her kids more than 100% every day.
Excellent Recruitment Agency is her 3rd child. She aims to make everyone associated with her agency whether as a client or a job seeker, feel appreciated, understood and respected.
